By installing or using FDS IPTV Player ("the app"), you agree to these terms. The app is made by FDS Digital Store, Pakistan ("FDS", "we").
1. The service
FDS IPTV Player is an independent media player for Android phones, tablets, Android TV and Google TV. It plays M3U / M3U8 playlists and Xtream Codes logins that you add. We also run a licensing service that manages free trials and Premium access.
2. Your content and playlists
- The app does not include, sell, host or recommend any channels, playlists, streams or IPTV subscriptions.
- You are responsible for the playlists you add, and you must only use content you are legally authorised to access.
- We have no control over, and are not responsible for, third-party playlists, providers or their content.

3. Free trial
Each new device may receive one free trial (currently 30 days) with all features unlocked. When the trial ends, the app is locked until Premium is activated; your saved playlists and settings stay on your device. Creating extra trials by resetting or spoofing a device is not allowed.
4. Premium licences
- Plans: 1 Month, 1 Year or Lifetime, at the prices shown on our website or in Google Play at the time of purchase.
- One licence, one device: each licence activates one device at a time.
- Lifetime means for as long as FDS IPTV Player is offered and supported, on the licensed device (with restore as in section 6).
- Licences are personal. They may not be shared, resold or published, except by authorised FDS resellers.
- After a website purchase you receive an activation key by email. Open the app, go to Account → Activate Premium and enter the key.
5. Payments, renewals and refunds
- Website purchases are processed by FDS Digital Store and follow its Refund and Returns Policy. Please try the free trial first to make sure the app works with your device and playlist.
- Google Play purchases are billed by Google. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play's policies. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, Premium access for that purchase ends.
- Reseller purchases are arranged directly with the authorised reseller.
6. Changing devices and restoring Premium
If you change or reset your device, use Account → Restore Premium in the app or our Restore Premium page. We verify your email with a one-time code before moving the licence. To prevent abuse, restores and device changes may be limited in number and frequency.
7. Offline downloads
Where your provider allows it, the app can save movies and episodes to your device in encrypted form. Downloads can only be played inside the app, need Premium or an active trial, and require the app to check your licence online regularly. You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to download the content.
8. Acceptable use
You must not: bypass or tamper with licensing, trials, device limits or security; reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app; use the app for unlawful content or activity; or attack, overload or misuse our servers.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke a licence for fraud, chargebacks, licence sharing, abuse, security threats or breaking these terms. Where possible we will contact you first. You may stop using the app at any time.
10. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the app and licensing service running, but they are provided "as is". Playback depends on your device, internet connection and playlist provider, which we do not control. To the extent allowed by law, FDS is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
